While upgrading I had one problem : I had to allowerasing ffmpeg : dnf advised to use skip-broken.
When I want to install (dnf install ffmpeg) there seem to be problems.
To get better answers you need to provide more details, like what exactly was the "problem", including all the messages from dnf.
The message from dnf is as follows:
Error/Problem
ffmpeg.6-0-16.fc39.x86_64 from rpmfusion requires ffmpeg-libs(x86_64)=6.0-16.fc39 but none of the profiderscan be installed.
Conflicting/Requests
Nothing provides libopenh264.so7 (64 bit) neede by ffmpeg-lib.6.0-16.fc39.x86_64 from rpm fusion.
try to add --skip-broken : I did but no results.
What now ?

From someone on this list?
dnf swap ffmpeg-free ffmpeg --allowerasing
Replaces the incompatible stuff in the fedora repos with the "normal" stuff from rpmfusion.
