You probably did not understand me correctly ...
I do not mean automatically setting the correct time zone when you are
not connected to the Internet. )
If you are not connected to the Internet, Fedora-Workstation
automatically adjusts the time zone for Europe Kyiv (Kyiv is the capital
of Ukraine). My time zone may be different (for example, Europe Uzhgorod).
I m only suggesting that another behavior in the Fedora-MATE-Compiz
distribution might be a bug.
