I've got a server running Fedora Core 2, (Yeah I know) that I am getting ready to upgrade to FC4 (with a plan to bump to FC5 soon). I have one 3TB FC array that is ext3 and one that's an LVM group. Will I see any problems mounting that LVM group after I upgrade to FC4?

You might have to upgrade the FC2 LVM from LVM version 1 to LVM version 2 in order for it to work right after an upgrade. If it is already a version 2 LVM, you should have no problems. See the LVM HOWTO for more details.
