Two plugin packages are missing and are not handled with proper Obsoletes tags in any of the update packages.
geany-plugins-geanylua geany-plugins-gproject
You can uninstall them as a work-around.
I've entered a -1 vote in the updates system, although it's too late for that because these updates are in the stable repo already.
Use http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/geany-plugins for a bug report, if the packager doesn't provide a fix as update(s).
