how to setup bluetooth dongle and pair with phone

HI,
Googled a lot, but there are no direct solutions for a
newbie like me.
There is no such "bluetooth manager" utility showing
in the menus.
I'm using FC4.
Please tell me how to do it.

yum install bluez-utils gnome-bluetooth
