I don't see any PAE kernels in the output of "yum list all".
This is an out of the box FC14 x86_64 installation. In /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo, "[fedora]" is enabled and in /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo, "[updates]" is enabled.
Do you have any ideas?

You should use the PAE version of the kernel.
