f21 still on mono 2?

I thought fedora was cutting edge :-). Why is the mono on
fedora 21 still at 2.10? There's a mono 3 out there these
days which I need to run the latest RepetierHost.

That's the default template for all copr repositories.  It is experimental
because it is targeted for Fedora 22.
