Why the ntsysv doesn't work in Fedora Core 3 ? What can I use to control the services ?

I don't use graphical environment. It's a server. Is there some text software that I can use ? The ntsysv doesn't working.

yum install ntsysv will take care of that.

It does work - you just need to install it. Run the command "yum install ntsysv" and you'll have it under /usr/sbin/ntsysv.
