sometimes xfce turns crazy

Bonjour,

As I use to suspend for some time my computer every day without any
problems, today I am asked to get authenticated as root to perform
this action (as well as to  shutdown the computer...)

I did not update my system, I did not change anything to my config, I
did not install any new software....

This kind of problem sucks!!!
