How to read this kind of PDF file without Adobe Reader?

I don't have access to your file, but I am encountering the same issue 
with some PDF files. The only reader to use is unfortunately Acrobat 
Reader itself. No way with evince, qpdf, okular and so on... in some 
case I note that PDF file was created with fields...

I just looked at that site. There are many downloads for Windows and Mac 
and one for Android, but nothing listed for Linux.
If you know of an rpm, please pass the information on.

AFAIK, Adobe has eliminated Reader for Linux from their downloads and repos.  I
happen to have saved AdbeRdr9.5.5-1_i486linux_enu.rpm and if you want it I can put it
up on google drive for you.

I am surprised to hear that Adobe works, I mean in my case it crashes as
soon as I use the File/open option both on an Intel machile and an AMD
machine. It worls if I run it from a terminal >acroread name_of_file.pdf.
And I followed same instructions

For information: tried to install the Adobe .rpm on PCLOS 64-bit and got 
about 6 unavailable libs
and the message that the program was uninstallable. I imagine the libs 
were for 32-bit systems.

Then the version 1.7 of PDF is not (yet?) compliant with some open
source application?

For now, none of the Fedora software can open this file.

I have try to use Evince, Okular, xournal, LibreOffice, Gimp, calibre,
inkscape, firefox, and some other O.S. apps but none open this file

Only FoxitReader and Acrobat on windows open that file, but this
software is Close Source and cannot use on My Linux.

Someone have some suggest?

This is because the file contains JavaScript and special forms which are 
not yet supported in any open source PDF viewer.
