Need help with SPF record

I've just moved my domain to comcast and need help setting up my SPF
records.  All email from the server goes out through Comcast's SMTP
server.  Unfortunately, Comcast does not appear to have published an SPF
record of its own.

Has anyone set up an SPF record who uses Comcast as an ISP?
