Any ideas?

Well, my answer may not be all that helpful, but I find that print on DVDs
are much easier/better. They don't really cost any more than plain DVDs (in
fact I buy them in spools of 100 at Costco when I get a coupon for buy one
get one free). Then all you need is a cheap printer with the capability. Now
you have full color capability.
