At the risk of asking a stupid question - How do I boot the kernel at 5.7.7 ?
Well, first of all, the install of a new kernel should have resulted in subsequent boots using the latest installed.
I think you may be running Fedora Workstation which now currently defaults to not showing the menu. If that is the case, you can hit the escape key at the boot which will bring up the menu and allow you to select kernel-5.7.7-200.

BTW, if you are running Workstation and you'd like to have the menu shown at all boots you can issue this command at a terminal. (Some folks have reported they aren't quick enough at the escape key.)
sudo grub2-editenv - unset menu_auto_hide
