configure Startup services

Hi,
I'm on a fedora 4, and i don't know how to configure the startup
services, is there a script to create the files in /etc/rc.d/rc*.d. i
think there is one, but i dont find it. Does i have to create it??

I think /sbin/chkconfig is right for you

in console, command is "setup"

'chkconfig' on console
'serviceconf' on gui
