That's exactly what I meant. But as I said, it was probably meant for someone willing to help a friend without internet. Still, I couldn't help finding it funny.

The other possibility that I don't think anyone has mentioned is they may only have limited internet access like a Library or Internet Cafe. I don't think they allow downloading and burning a 3+ GB ISO. :)

They might be reading the page from a computer in a library or a kiosk of some sort where they can't download/burn a DVD for themselves.
