FC7+Laptop+networked home folder

Hi,

I'm just wondering how sysadms around the community solves the problem 
of adding laptops into a system of centralized login (LDAP) and home 
folder (cifs/nfs). I have worked out the login part[1], but wondering 
how to set up the home folder The Best Way.
