Hello. Does anyone uses RDKit here? Seems it's been broken for a while and not updated for fedora. I can't install it with dnf: $ sudo dnf install rdkit [sudo] password for hiisi: Last metadata expiration check: 0:44:32 ago on Thu 17 Jan 2019 01:30:16 PM EST. Error: Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides libboost_serialization.so.1.63.0 needed by rdkit-2016.09.4-2.fc26.i686 - nothing provides libboost_system.so.1.63.0()(64bit) needed by rdkit-2016.09.4-2.fc26.x86_64 I have boost0system installed (boost-system-1.66.0-8.fc28.x86_64) and I saw somewhere that the issue had been fixed in rdkit-2017. So, does anyone use rdkit on latest fedoras? How do I install it?

What version of Fedora are you running? If it's actually F26 then there have been no updates for nearly a year now. So if there is a problem, it's not going to get fixed. There is no problem on F29 to install that.

I'm running fedora 28. I believe it's upgraded from f26 or 27 originally. Thanks!

Ok, I see. All the builds for F27 and F28 failed. It's only now in F29 that there was a successful build. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=22955

Thank you sir! My laptop has died today anyways. Haven't figured out whether it's software or hardware issue yet. But anyways I was planning to upgrade to f29. Will do now surely. Best regards
