duplicate postings

I am getting certain postings twice. Is it just me or is there a general
problem with the mailing list?

Hi Aaron, I am seeing old by two or three days postings that are a 
copy of the previous posting. It is just hanging there :-)

It must be a mailing list problem.

We are both up too early.

No, in my case the two postings are the same in every way including the
send date and time.

Nor me - do you use POP3 to collect them, if so maybe they aren't always
being deleted from yhe mail server when they should.
