Strange Log

my server has hang yesterday , and when I check the logs of apache I see this lines repeat many time

what it is mean ,who try to run /uptime script?

Hi eng.waleed!

Type "last" and "who" in a terminal window.  I would also do "tail
messages" in /var/log and "ls" to see other possibilities.

I am researching this type of question but it will probably be middle
of next week befor I can really give a good answer.
