dnf update strange comment

I've seen some discussion about multi-lib issues recently that sometimes 
32-bit packages are not getting included in the repo.  The packages were 
built:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=991410

However, I just checked the mirrors and I don't see that version at all, 
not even in updates-testing.  I wonder where you're picking it up from. 
updates-testing has 2.18.1.

Yes.  You could try occasionally using the --refresh option with dnf to 
make sure it checks for new metadata.

"sudo dnf clean all" also helps.
