FC3 using USB ISDN line unit

I can't work out how to get FC3 to recognise this Telstra NT1 "modem". 
In FC2 it was /dev/input/ttyACM0.
    I think I need some simple steps as I don't seem to understand the
requirements for udev to accept this.
