how to modify default argument for gnome suspend??

Hi

The Gnome default suspend (from the power manager applet??) does not
well for me. most times, it can't  wake up, or get a black screen. I use
a commend line, it works well,

sudo /usr/sbin/pm-suspend --quirk-dpms-on

my question is how to change gnome suspend default argument  to as
the above commend line?
