I am trying to install a piece of software that requires the gtkglarea libraries, is there an rpm for these for FC3? I couldn't find one. I guess this has been removed from the core 3 distribution, are there any incompatibilities I should be aware of?
Thanks
Paul

I did find gtkglext in Extras. It is not quite the same, but it does provide OpenGL rendered widgets. You can try gtkglarea from Fedora Core 2, I'm not aware of any incompatabilities.

gtkglarea is in Extras cvs. It has not yet been built as the project is apparently dead and no homepage can be found anymore.

Emm, AFAIK, gtkglarea2 is pending in Extras.
gtkglarea is the Gtk1 predecessor of gtkglarea. It's almost the same, but is not identical.

Grumbel, stupid typo: gtkglarea is the predecessor of gtkglarea2.
