Yes, I have this running on two systems on current rawhide.
Follow the instructions in the nvidia-Linux forum, then it works. Do not install aiglx.
Yout need to add the Enable...ARGB... option to your x.org.
Compiz is still a little buggy. Sometime it helps to dis- and then reenable the 3d desktop effects via preferences.

How far behind the release of FC6 are the other repos likely to be? Repos like livna etc for people wanting support for dvd and audio and video codecs that fedora wont ship?
I remeber having this problem an upgrade or two ago, I was weeks with out video codecs...

Hopefully nVidia will be able to replace the final 97xx drivers -before- the FC6-release day.
