I can't decide if this is a feature or a bug. I haven't yet finished configuring fedora 34 to use my FVWM session instead of gnome, so I'm running gnome on xorg with nvidia binary drivers.
At seemingly random times, the fedora logo down in the bottom right corner will flicker like it is folding down to the corner, then pop back up. I mostly notice it when running a dnf update since there is nothing to do but watch the screen while it downloads and updates.
Anyone else see this? Is it supposed to be a clever animated feature, or is it just a bug? (Just curious, it clearly isn't critical :-).

Noticed this too. Fed34 Workstation with Gnome on Wayland. No NVidia. Pure Intel laptop. I have only seen it when downloading with dnf and it happens so fast you might miss it when not concentrating on screen. I doubt it is a 'clever artifact'.
