cloud image not working?

Hi,

When I run:
qemu-img convert https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/32/Cloud/x86_64... disk.img

It fails with the following message:
qemu-img: curl: The requested URL returned error: 416 Requested Range Not Satisfiable
qemu-img: error while reading sector 2560: Input/output error

Seems like maybe the http server is not configured properly. I couldn't find a better place to report the issue.
