a bad idea
RHEL6 is based of Fedora 12/13 consider to rebuild the src.rpm with "rpm --rebuild package.src.rpm" after download it - if possible inside a virtual machine to not need install tons of devel-packages on the working system

Thank for the information. Now, what should I do for a norach package like:
perl-Math-Integral-Romberg-0.04-1.el6.rf.noarch.rpm

In my view, two options: if you need the rpm, then get the src.rpm and build it. Otherwise, locate the perl-Math-Integral-Romberg source code and install it?

errata
wrong: rpm --rebuild package.src.rpm correct: rpmbuild --rebuild package.src.rpm
there is not much more to say except "man rpmbuild"

boah "then get the src.rpm and build it" so, and above i posted the wrong command for this
"Otherwise, locate the perl-Math-Integral-Romberg source code and install it?" is not a smart option because it leads sooner or later in troubles to install things outside RPM
