error after upgrading from 41 to 42 /etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/files/file_contexts.bin: Old compiled fcontext format, skipp

Do an su command would show this and also saw in some other dnf 
operations.

Had a number of messages, but seems the .bin files are compiled 
with some Old format? I had messages about the minimual 
directory, while this person had targetted.

My solution to fix the problem as su.
cd /etc/selinux
for a in $(find . | grep “.bin” | sed ‘s/.bin//g’); do echo $a; 
sefcontext_compile $a; done

That rebuilds the 6 .bin files, and then problem goes away.

Not sure it is best solution. Not sure why upgrade installed an old 
version that resulted in the error/skipping.
