fuse - permission denied (f20)

I know in the distant past we had a fuse group, but IIUC this is no longer 
needed.

sshfs localhost: mnt
fuse: failed to open /dev/fuse: Permission denied

ls -l /dev/fuse
crw------- 1 root root 10, 229 Jul 31 03:42 /dev/fuse

What's wrong?
