Did you update your flash-plugin? I'm not seeing such warning messages
with my flash-plugin-22.214.171.1247 from the adobe-linux repo.
Actually, I see this warning all the time also, especially when youtube video is embedded.
The video does play on youtube.com
$ rpm -qa flash-plugin
