This would be best asked on the RPM Fusion mailing list since both steam
and the binary Nvida drivers you installed came from there...

To answer your question, I bet you just need to install the 32bit
of the nvida libraries. On my system I have:
I did that and it seems to have worked (at least in the sense of not
giving the error popup).
