dnf error in /etc/yum.repos.d/pgdg-fedora-all.repo

I get this when I run dnf (search, update, etc):

Invalid configuration value: failovermethod=priority in 
/etc/yum.repos.d/pgdg-fedora-all.repo; Configuration: OptionBinding with 
id "failovermethod" does not exist

Thoughts?

Tell the upstream provider of the file that they should remove that option.
