Hello,

Is there a reason for which the night light ON would not work?
I set Sunset to sunrise
and tried to adjust the color temperature, but I do not get any change.
It is a recent monitor (DELL)

I'm not familiar with such things, but is there somewhere else you can 
adjust the color temperature, and if so, does it work?

From the hardware, I can change the brightness, but not the temperature.

Is there another tool under fedora to adjust the color temperature?

redshift - set color temperature of display according to time of day

It has nothing to do with the monitor.  Did you try setting specific 
times because maybe it can't detect your location correctly.

After I installed redshift, the screen is blinking from warm to cold
without I can control any thing!

I was referring to the Gnome night light feature.  I don't know what 
will happen if you have both running at the same time.
