Transmission will not move to another desktop. I have transmission running and clicked on Activities, then tried to drag transmission to a 2nd desktop. It comes right back. Other applications move normally, so I think it's something peculiar to transmission.

Apparently, typing my complaint magically fixed it. It may be moral equivalent of rebooting.
