This might be way off topic, but I figured this is a kind of slow day!
Putting together a "list" of what I think a reasonable set of functions/areas might be useful for a sys-admin to help setup/manage a web project for a distributed team. If you have a few mins, feel free to add/comment/delete regarding the list.
