Devcie list in CUPS is empty!!

Hi everybody;

I'm using Redhat Workstation 3, I can't add any printer to cups
neither the web interface, nor the lpadmin cmd because, when I want to
create the printer  My device list is empty any I don't see any error
in the logs files (The Cups & System logs file)

Does anybody got an idea ?
