Can the FC3 upgrade to FC4 using the CDs ?

Hello!

I have downloaded the ISOs and burned to the CD.
Now Can I use the CDs to perform a upgrade from FC3 to FC4 ? Is it possible?

I found the the logviewer hang and create /dev/null , console, failed...
Don't know why...

I just did it on my laptop - Panasonic CF-W2, went flawlessly.
