Hello, I need to install fedora with only text mode available. I don t need graphical desktop installed. Is there a way or an image that allows this?

Fedora Server has no GUI by default, you can give it a try.

As long as you don't use a live image to install from, you can pick different options, including minimal. The best one for you would most likely be the "Everything" net install image.
