I realized I didn't add the fedora-updates-testing repo which was
apparently also necessary for one or two of the dependencies.
After installing the latest vlc packages, it still didn't fix my
dropout issue with streaming video anyway :-(
Note that issues with Fedora Rawhide packages should go to the
Fedora Tests list, not this one. RPMfusion of course has its own lists.
