Fedora 24 - Beta installation problem to Netbook

Hello,
I have a CREA Netbook. I am having problems about installing Fedora 24
Beta. These are the steps and the results of my things that I'd done.

1. Fedora-Workstation-Live-i386-24_Beta-1.6.iso file downloaded from a
mirror,
2. Verification process with CHECKSUM  is completed,
3. ISO file is written to USB flash drive with Fedora Media Writer,
4. While booting from USB Flash drive on netbook for the first time,
"check the iso file and reboot" option is selected,
5. I tried the health of the system with my desktop computer. It is

6. First step is completing but passing to GUI is not happening. It is
freezing there.

7. Ubuntu 16.04 is installed into it. This is the screenshot of system

You should be posting this to [e-mail] since that is the "test" list
for pre-release software.

F24 has not been released yet. Please post questions on the Test list

Is this an Atom N270 based netbook?

AFAICT, this bug affects all kernels >= 4.5 on Atom N270 i945GSE based 
machines. ATM, this means, Fedora > 23 and - due to the fact 
kernel-4.5.x is in the process of being pushed to f23 - Fedora 23 will 
likely be unusable on at least some of these machines in near future.

Like others wrote before, reporting your issue to "testing" would have 
been more appropriate at this point in time.
