Hi,

I want to install a blog on a fedora server to display informations and 
let users put comments.

What is the best package to do that ?

Easiest I have found is Word Press.  I have four sites running on two 
servers and comments with control is in the base package.

Best of all is that if you own the server WordPress is free.

I have used wordpress before and its very good. But if you want content
management and not a blog like approach as such, I recommend Drupal. I
hear its all the rage these days. Although you should note wordpress is
also going that route gradually.

If you care about the SQL backend, Wordpress can only do MySQL (officially).

I run a PostgreSQL shop, so I went with a blog engine not found in 
Fedora. Dotclear[1]
