This was said on the Fedora Core Mailing list about FC3: Apache Problem: ! !You need to grant execute access to "other" on their home directory: ! !chmod o+x /home/[user] ! Also there are limitations set if you are using SELinux. You should read through the release notes on the first CD (or on the DVD). It has a couple of links to what you have to do for Per-User directories under Apache.
