Install clamscan and freshclam. Then ... sudo freshclam to update the virus patterns. Under /home/user create a virus folder for isolation of viruses. You might put something in /tmp. Maybe. Then...
sudo clamscan -r --move=/home/user/clamscan_virus_folder /home/user
