I looked at that one, and I don't believe I'm a complete duplicate. For one thing, I'm not running an SMP kernel, and for another, I'm not using SATA RAID, just a single SATA drive. Lastly, I'm using a Promise SATA controller while the bug reporter was using an Intel Corporation 82801ER (ICH5R). Similar, yes, but also very different.
