The document explicitly says to make sure everything is *updated*
before *upgrading* versions. Or to put it another way, RTFM ...

Hi Poc,
"RTFM" has been replaced with "Just Google it!"
And the reason why I stated to do the updates was because
I am also a member of the testing list and there was discussion
over there as to why a full updates was even necessary.
