F18 sometimes mouse freezes only on application menus

sometimes on my F18 (that is updated since F10) I cannot use mouse on 
menus of applications but same mouse is working on Gnome menus, I have 
to re-open session and everything works fine.
Not sure but it happens more frequently after computer is left unused 
for some time.
Any idea where to look??
