Fedora 19: qtconfig has no "Oxygen" option

I installed a new Gnome F19 desktop.  qtconfig has no "Oxygen" option.
Why?  qtcreator itself looks great, but when I build and run Qt4 apps, they
look terrible.  On F15 I ran Qt4 apps under Gnome3, and didnt' have this
problem.

The Oxygen style comes from kde-workspace, do you have that installed?
