Hello,
When I make ctl/alt F3 to open a tty connection, I can login, but, then I get
/home/user: change directory failed: permission denied
cd /home/user works fine
/home/user as the following permission drwx
Thanks

"ls -ld /home" should be like "drwxr-xr-x. 6 root root 4096 Jun 4 13:33 /home"

I assume /home/user is local to the system and not a remote filesystem or something unusual? I’ll assume it is a normal Linux filesystem.
You might want to make sure the selinux attributes are correct on /home.
Run ‘restorecon -r -v /home’ to fix.
