I had the same problem.  Found the solution at
http://tvtime.sourceforge.net/problems.html

There can also be a problem with Canadian cable.  There is a solution
offered at the same site.

Bill,

Many people on this list do not read every single message, and instead
decide which messages to read based on the subject line. In the
future, it would be helpful if you could remember to modify your
subject line when replying to something in a digest message. It then
makes it easier for the rest of us to know what you are talking about.
