"When I look from /var/log/messages I see wpa_supplicant[787]: wlo1: CTRL-EVENT-SCAN-FAILED ret=22"
I downgraded wpa_supplicant and there it was, now wifi works. But now is problem, how to avoid upgrading that "bad" package? other way than someone repir it? Yes, I know, dnf update EXCLUDE=wpa_supplicant, but then Miss maybe corrected version..

I would download the good versions RPM and save that. Then when you test new versions of wpa_supplicant you can always downgrade to the saved rpm version.
I think i read elsewhere that the wpa folks know things broke and fixes are in testing. But that needs confirming.
